Observe is a role in Render that can be assigned to any user that is not the Configure role. This user will have access to everything that the Configure role sees, but will not be able to make any changes to the project except changes to their own user. This is a helpful role for Translation Advisors to be able to reference drafts in the Set Review page and be able to see more detailed information about what sets are assigned to the team they are advising, as well as anyone who would consider themselves a coordinator on the project that would like to check in to see how progress is going on the project.
