If you click the re-record button from the Consultant Revise Select page on a passage that you divided, you are brought to the Division Select page for that passage. The page will look similar to this:

1. Home button
2. Set title listen
3. Passage translation player
4. Passage source player
5. Divisions select box

A. Translation audio circle players

B. Note listen button

C. Re-Record button

6. Reset Passage button
7. Finished button

As on the other pages in Consultant Revise, clicking on the Home button (1) will bring you back to your Home page. You can listen to the title of the set by pressing the Play button (2) in the upper right hand corner.

On the left side of the page is the entire passage put together (3) as well as the reference audio for that passage (4).

The Divisions Select box (5) has each division that you made to the passage. You can listen to every division separately in its corresponding circle player (5a). When you decide what you want to re-record, press the Re-Record button (5b) next to the corresponding division. If you want to put your cuts back together and re-record with the original passage, you can reset the passage (6). When you are done re-recording your divisions, the Finished button (7) will become active.

Steps of Divided Passage Re-Record:

1. Decide which division you want to re-record.

2. Click on the Re-Record button next to the division you would like to re-record. You are brought to the Record page for the division you selected.

This will look very similar to the first time you recorded. You will notice that your previously recorded and selected translation is now loaded in the left recorder.

3. Listen to your previous translation and the source as much as you feel necessary.

4. Press the yellow Record button and speak your translation into your microphone.

5. Press Stop.

6. Press the yellow Play button to listen to your new translation. You can scrub (move) backward if you need to re-listen to a part, but you will not be able to scrub forward until you listen to your entire translation.

7. If you would like to record again, decide which translation you would like to erase. Hit the Delete button.

8. You will now have a yellow Record button. Follow steps two through five above until you have a translation you would like to submit.

9. You now have two translations to choose from. Pick the translation that you like best by pressing one of the yellow checkboxes. If you change your mind, simply touch the other checkbox. You will now have a bright blue checkbox and the Submit button will be yellow.

10. Click Submit.

Now you need to record a note back to the consultant to explain why you re-recorded. If you did not record a note on this division yet, the note popup will come up.

11. Press the yellow Record button.

12. Press Stop.

13. You now have some options:

a. Add to your note by pressing the Append button.

b. Play your note by pressing the Play button.

c. Delete a part of your note by selecting it (clicking on the waveform) and pressing the Delete button.

14. Click Submit to save the note.

You are now back at the Division Select page. Continue to press the Re-Record button next to all of the divisions you would like to re-record. When you are satisfied with your changes, click Finished on the Division Select page and it will bring you to the Consultant Revise Select page.
