When you add or edit users, you can give them passwords. The users with the Roles Configure, Consultant, and Observe must be given a password. You also have the option to give a password to any other user.
How to give a password to a user:
The password grid is as follows and must be typed in as numbers and capital letters in the order you want your password to be:

If you click the arrow next to Password, you will see the box appears to remind you what can be a password:
We recommend using a password with three or more boxes for security reasons. The numbers correspond to how you will type your password in Render. For example, if your password is “0004090E” you would swipe (or click on each box in the correct order):
When you know what you want the password to be, type this in the Password box:
