If a note was added by the peer checkers, the community, or the consultant, the section will be sent to Revise and will be highlighted in yellow. During revise, you will review all written and/or audio notes from the peer or consultant, or in the case of community testing, you will review the community feedback. You will either pass the translation to the next step in your workflow, or you will re-record your draft.

The Passage Reference players (11) will be loaded with the reference language audios that will be your main translation tool. Each player is loaded with one passage—the smallest translatable unit. Your current selected draft number is dark blue. When you re-record at revise, your last draft will be starred and saved in draft slot one. (12). You can click on any of the add a draft buttons (13) to add a new draft. The record box (14) is where you speak your translation by pressing the Record button (15). You can record up to five new drafts here in revise.

After you record a draft, your page will look similar to this:

The timer (19) will show you the timestamp of both where your scrubber is in the recording (here 00:00) and the total length of your recording (here 00:34). Press the trash can (20) to delete the highlighted draft. If you accidently delete your recording, you can press the undo delete button that will show up right where the delete button was (not pictured here).  Push the Next button (24) to go to the next page.

In this case, this is your first draft so you will not have any other drafts to listen to. Press the Play button (31) to hear the draft (28). You can easily move to other parts of the draft by clicking on the scroll bar (29) and moving left or right. Press the Note button (30) to add a written or spoken note. You should record a note back to the peers or consultant about what changes you made. (See the How to Record a Note article for more information.) To re-record the passage again, press the Re-record button (32).  The Next button (33) will bring you to the next page.

You will now be back on the Passage Select page. If you have more notes to review, listen to those notes and re-record as needed. When you are done re-recording any passages that need it, play the entire section on the Passage Select page. When you are done, click the Finished button (the checkmark).
