Before we go through the specifics steps of Community Revise, let’s review the Note popup. You may have lots of yellow play buttons to listen to from the community on this page. Below is an example of a page after you have listened through every player with a yellow play button:

1. Community Retell tabs
2. Passage tab
3. Community Question and Response tabs
4. Recorder
     A. Record/Append button
     B. Play button
     C. Selection
     D. Delete button
5. Cancel button
6. Re-Record button
7. Submit button

On this page, you have tabs for each community. In this case, there were three communities, so you have three tabs with the community’s retelling (1) and three tabs with the community’s responses along with the questions and any notes (3). You also have your passage recording and source on a tab by the retells (2). You can record a note that will go to the Configure role below (4). If you want to add more to your recording, use the Append button (4a). If you want to listen to your recording, press the Play button (4b). You can also select your recording (4c), or if you used the append button and have appends, select a piece of the recording, and delete that part of your recording (4d). You can close the page at any time and your listens will be saved (5). If you have a note recorded that you have not yet submitted and you cancel out of the page (5), your note will not be saved. If you feel that this passage needs to be re-recorded, press the Re-Record button (6), which will submit any recorded notes as well. If you do not want to re-record, either press Close/Cancel (5) or Submit (7) to send your note to the Configure role.

Now that you have reviewed the Listen to Note screen, continue to Steps of Community Revise.
