2-step Back Translation
Enabling Two Step Back Translation is found in the Workflow Configuration, Consultant Check stage settings.
2-step back translation by default is turned off. To turn it on, simply tap on the toggle switch.
Once enabled the 2-step options will appear on the screen.
Passage and Segment back translations are by default enabled but can be turned off with the toggle switch. Within the Passage and Segment settings users can turn on/off guidance, Review pages and enable Transcribe on the Passage and/or Segment level.
Intermediate language – Language spoken between Back translators 1 and 2.
Consultant language – Language spoken between Back translator 2 and the consultant.
*With 2-step enable a second back translator role will show in the Roles Assignments page and will need a second back translator assigned.
