Workflow Configuration is where you set up your project's workflow, what will happen and in what order.

Here is all you can find on this page:

1. On Render Workflow, you have 2 (two) mandatory stages that are crucial for completion -

A. Draft - Stage for recording translation

i. Stage Name - Shows the name of the stage

ii. Sub-stage name - Shows the name of the sub-stage

iii. Lock icon - Indicates that the stage is mandatory

iv. Settings - Available configurations for the stage. See the article Configure Workflow - Settings for Stages for details on these settings.

B. Consultant Approval - Stage for approving translation work by the consultant

i. Stage Name - Shows the name of the stage

ii. Sub-stage name - Shows the name of the sub-stage

iii. Lock icon - Indicates that the stage is mandatory

2. There are 3 (three) more available stages that are optional, depending on the workflow. They are available in the Stages area on the right side of the screen -

A. Peer Check - Stage for Peer Check.

B. Community Test - Stage for Community Test.

C. Consultant Check - Stage for Consultant Check.

D. You can click & drag the available stage/s (A, B, C) from the Stages area and drop on the Drag stage here box (D) to create the needed workflow. As you add more stages, you may need to scroll to the left and right. You can do this with the Stage scrollbar (not visible until the stage tiles exceed the screen width).

3. Home button - Takes you back to your users Home page.

4. User Menu button - The three dotted User Menu provides various options for the project. See the User Menu article for more information on your users and your project.

5. Back button - On the top bar in Render you will always see a Back button on the upper left-hand and corner. You can click back at any time to go back one page. Work you have done on that page will be lost if you click the Back button.

6. Next button - This button is for you to save the progress made on the page and move back to the Project Configuration Page

See the Configure Workflow - Steps article for a step-by-step guide in how to use this page.
