Before starting, please note this process can only be done by the Config user.
Sections which have been worked on might need to be returned to a previous condition. For example, a Section at the Consultant Check stage might need to be 'Recovered' to its condition at the end of the Peer Check stage. It might even need to be 'Reset' to its original condition prior to Drafting.
To Recover or Reset a Section, begin by tapping on the 3-dot User Menu (1) and tap on Section Status (2).
Next, tap on Recovery (3)
4a. Section Search: Type in section number or scroll through the list in 4b to find the section of interest.
4b. Section List: Tap to highlight the section you want to Recover or Reset.
5a. Section Snapshot List: This shows 'snapshot' points (stage and date) in the history of the section.
5b. Snapshot Selector: The blue dot indicates the most recent snapshot. Select the snapshot you want to return to and a "Restore" button will appear.
6. Reset Button: Tapping the "Reset" button returns the section to its pre-Drafting condition. Do not select this unless you are willing to loose all previous work on the section.
7. Type in your password and confirm Snapshot Recovery or Section Reset.
