First-time registration:

  1. In a browser, go to the following website (Render Helpdesk Portal): renderpartners.freshdesk.com

 

  1. At the login page, choose "Sign up" (circled in the screenshot below) 

 

 

  1. At the "Sign up for your account" page (below) put in your Full Name (1) and email (2).
    1. If you have an existing Gmail (Google) or Facebook account, use that email address. 
  1. Click "I'm not a robot" (3) and navigate the CAPTCHA screens.  
  2. Click "Register" (4)

 

 

  1. You will see this message at the top of the screen: “Activation email has been sent to…” with your email address in that message.
  2. Go to your email inbox. You will see a "Render user activation" email from “Render Support.”
    1. If you do not see it, look in your spam folder. If it is in your spam folder, mark it as "not spam", and move it to your inbox. 
  1. Click on the link in that email. A webpage will open for you to create your password. Remember your password.
  2. After establishing your password, you will see the Render Helpdesk Portal home page. 

 

  1. Bookmark this Render Helpdesk Portal website for easy access in the future.

 

 

Future logins:

  1. In a browser, go to the Render Helpdesk Portal: renderpartners.freshdesk.com (or use your bookmark).
  2. Click on the green "Login" button.
  3. Submit your email and password for this website, or choose "Google" or "Facebook" (based on how you registered)

  1. If prompted to do so, click “Continue” to have Google (or Facebook) share information with Freshdesk 
  2. You will be taken directly to the Render Helpdesk Portal home page.
